Note if the command line uses quotations, add the suffix outside of the quotes. This mod allows you to change the FPS limit to above 60, fix texture issues on modern hardware, adjust the despawn time of corpses, change the FOV, skip intro videos and force custom display resolutions.
Be sure there’s an underscore between Pm and speed and a space between speed and the number, or the cheat won’t work.
To alter your character’s speed to any variable you desire, bring down the console where you can type in commands and type in “Pm_speed #” where # = the speed you want for your character.
